Deans have been awarded a contract by Key Property Solution for the construction of a new Tesco Express, on Picardy Place in Edinburgh. Works involve propping, demolition, concrete, drainage and builderswork.
This month we received a nice letter from The Rt. Hon. Tom Clarke CBE MP of Coatbridge Chryston & Bellshill stating he had been contacted by a resident of Coatbridge where renovation work is being carried asking him to thank us for our work -

We have been awarded 2 projects by KPS to install new 'Drive thru' configurations to McDonald's Restaurants in Livingston and East Kilbride. Works include earthworks, roads, drainage, white lining and landscaping.

'Bovis Lend Lease' have awarded Deans Civil Engineering a contract to supply all necessary resources in order to carry out various enabling and temporary works at their substantial 'University of West of Scotland' project in Ayr.
As part of their North Lanarkshire Council framework agreement we have been awarded a contract by 'Wates Construction Limited' to carry out various refurbishment works to 18 housing units at Sikeside in Coatbridge. These works include, removal of existing external areas and installation of new drainage, services, external works and soft landscaping as well as upgrading of common areas. Works commenced in July 2010 with an anticpated completion date of October 2010.
