Deans have purchased and renovated a disused bakery to create new Headquarters for the firm in Cambuslang. The architect designed space allows for perfect workplace functionality, creates suitability for client meetings and serves as an ideal training base for staff.

Deans have been appointed to carry out the civils package for a new office and retail development in the centre of Edinburgh including the formation of a new basement car park, concrete works to the foundations, ground and upper floors and the redevelopment of the perimeter hard landscaping.

Deans have been appointed to carry out the groundworks package for a new residential development as part of an expansion to the Brain Injury Rehabilitation Trust facility in Springburn Road, Glasgow.

Deans have been appointed to carry out the groundworks package for an extension to an existing primary school in Wishaw including new foundations and floor slabs as well as alterations to the existing drainage system, and landscaping.
